How to delete your My LowPro Pal account
Before you proceed, please read the following carefully:
- All data associated with your MyLowProPal account will be permanently deleted.
- You will lose access to your dietary logs, meal plans, and any personalised data.
- Your account information, including username, email, and profile data, will be removed from our system.
- Any preferences or customisations you’ve made will be lost.
To delete your My Low Pro Pal Account:
- Navigate to your profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose “close account”. Please note that closing the account will permanently delete all data submitted on the app and cannot be undone.
Data Retention Policy
- Data to be Deleted: All user-provided information, including account details, dietary logs, and meal plans.
- Data to be Kept: Limited anonymised data may be retained for statistical analysis or legal compliance purposes.
- Retention Period: Personal contact data will be retained as long as you continue to be a member of subscriber of the MDDA
